From 2015 to 2020, I worked as a travel agent at Flight Centre, immersed in the joy of helping others explore the world. Like so many, my life shifted dramatically in 2020 when the travel industry came to a standstill. I was left wondering, *what’s next?* I didn’t have all the answers then, but one message was loud & clear: "Just Show up for yourself."

Call it divine guidance, a higher self, or the wisdom of mentors who inspired me at the time, those words became my compass. I leaned into them, started a Pilates business, & what began as an uncertain step forward quickly revealed itself to be my life’s purpose. Over the past five years, this work has grown & expanded in ways I could never have imagined. It’s been a journey of transformation not just for my clients, but for my highest possible vision.
